Facilities Assistant (Cleaner)

For our new in-house facilities team, we are looking for two Facilities Assistants who can start in April. In this role, you will work mornings and contribute every day to a pleasant and healthy working environment for all your colleagues.
What will you be doing?
As a cleaner, or as we prefer to call it, a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily and periodic cleaning of our locations (office, production and logistics areas). Your tasks will include, among others:
Cleaning offices, pantries/kitchen areas and sanitary facilities
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Wiping desks and other surfaces
Keeping kitchen/pantry areas and coffee machines clean and tidy
Replenishing supplies (such as coffee, tea and cleaning materials)
Carrying out larger periodic cleaning tasks (such as cleaning windows or high edges)
This role is extra rewarding because you will work with organic cleaning products, actively contributing to a more sustainable approach. Every day, you help create a fresh and healthy working environment that colleagues can rely on.
You will work every weekday morning from 7:00 am to 11:00 am, totalling 20 hours per week. These fixed morning hours make this an ideal role for anyone who values structure and enjoys working independently.
As we are transitioning from an external cleaning company to an internal facilities team, you will be involved from the very beginning. You will be managed by our Office Manager and Office Assistant.
What will you bring?
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least 1 year of experience as a facilities assistant or cleaner
Is available to work every weekday morning from 7:00 am to 11:00 am
Is available to start from April (or earlier)
Is accurate, sociable, punctual and a hard worker
Speaks Dutch or English well
