What will you be doing?
Due to expansion, we are looking for an additional Key Account Manager to join our Food Ingredients team for the French market. You will be part of a team of three colleagues, working together to drive growth and build strong, lasting partnerships with B2B customers in France.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients, helping them succeed with our fully traceable organic portfolio, including nuts & dried fruits, seeds, cocoa, grains, sweeteners, oils & fats and more.
You’ll be at the heart of our commercial success, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
As Key Account Manager, your responsibilities include:
Managing the entire sales process: from first contact to aftersales.
Overseeing sales contracts, orders, payments, and internal communication.
Acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships.
Identifying trends and opportunities in the French market and responding to them.
Collaborating closely with category managers, who are the product experts and buyers, to ensure optimal sourcing, pricing, and product knowledge for your clients.
Sharing market information and insights with all commercial departments.
Regularly travelling to customers and trade fairs in France to represent DO IT Organic.
Bridging the Dutch corporate culture and the French market through mutual translation and alignment.
You will work alongside two other colleagues for the France region. When based in France, you’ll travel to Barneveld at least four times per year to connect with the wider Key Account Management team.

What will you bring?
You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree.
You are available fulltime (40 hours).
You have at least 3 years of sales experience within food ingredients.
You have an excellent command of both English and French (spoken and written).
You are commercially driven, a strong communicator and a team player.
